***Schedule: 12 Hour Rotation - MThF/TWSaSu***

Candidates must have a focus on safety and urgency while supporting our warehousing and distribution operations in Woodridge. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating load pick-ups between incoming drivers and Shipping associates as well monitoring proper movements of trailers into and out of the docks.

• Coordinate dock activities with Shipping Lead and Hilo drivers
• Manage Dock Board to assign trailers to open doors.
• Manage window and process paperwork for incoming Carriers/Drivers
• Work with Shipping Lead to assign preloads to Hilo drivers
• Communicate with Switchers, Shuttle Drivers and offsite personnel to ensure proper movements of all trailers in our yard(s)
• Verify all daily receipts of raw materials or finished goods when received
• Log all daily receipts of raw materials or finished goods from respective vendors
• File all outbound paperwork and receiving logs for inbound shipments
• Monitor distribution of Glad Hand Locks and radios with Hilo drivers
• Other duties as assigned.
